What To Do If Your Favorite 'Dog' Goes Toes-Up . . .

If the problem (within a reasonable time after purchase) was not caused by the owner, The DogFather will repair or replace the battery or charger at no cost. UnderDog batteries and chargers no more than one (1) year old fall within the definition of reasonable time.
UnderDog batteries older than one year will be repaired for $25.00 - if just the battery cell requires replacement. Other broken parts add up though, so it could cost more. It is rare, but some toes-up 'Dogs' can never be fixed, economically or mechanically. Replacement cost for a new UnderDog battery is $ 60.00.
Add $4.00 for UPS domestic shipping & handling. Shipping repaired or replaced UnderDog stuff to foreign countries is a little more difficult and lots more expensive.
If the problem (no matter when the stuff was purchased) was caused by the user, The DogFather will still repair or replace the item, but it will cost some money.
No matter where the UnderDogs were purchased, send whatever is not right back to the factory. Do not send any repair items to a dealer. This only causes delays.
If (at the time of purchase) a dated product registration card was actually sent back to Jon Falk Lights Ltd., Inc., it will be easy to digitally determine the age of the item returned for service. The DogFather will simply thumb through his alphabetic card file box.
Proof of purchase (original factory invoice or dealer/credit card sales receipt) will be required to verify the age of batteries and chargers not registered.
The factory has every sales invoice on file from August of 1994, so the age of the dead 'Dog' will never be a mystery. One way or another the age of the equipment can be determined. Oh, yes, then there are those serial numbers.
