Although Rusty is no longer with us, he will be remembered as the unofficial mascot at Dyna-Lite, the flash company. Before there ever was an UnderDog, Rusty became the underfoot pet of Paul and Abby Schwartz. Paul is one of guys who founded Dyna-Lite. He is now the web-master at Web Market Share. Abby is his link to reality. Rusty ruled their home for 17 years. In 'dog years' it seems he lived to be almost 120. An UnderDog should be so lucky. |

"I've been travelling around Asia for the past year and Falk's 'Dogs' having been my saving grace. With the various electrical voltages around southeast Asia, 'Dogs' provide a reliable and inexpensive source of (flash) power. They are light, compact, convenient and consistent. Need I say more?" |
| We've been using "dog" batteries for many years and find that whether covering politics and news on the East coast or Hollywood stars and earthquakes in Los Angeles, their compact size and consistent performance have found them attached to our Canons. | The "Original Dog Team"![]() Rose and Fred Prouser |

The "TopDog" version of Jon's UnderDog flash batteries is the most versatile power source I have ever used. Since the 'dogs' travel in pairs I use one on-camera and the second on a remote (NVS-1) flash unit. The handy 1/4' x 20 mount on the bottom of the 'TopDog' allows placing the remote unit on a lightstand, or in tighter situations, on mini-tripods, scissor clips and numerous other gaffer's tools. |

"As a former professional photographer now busy raising and documenting
milestones in the lives of my 6, 8, and 10 year old children, I find Jon's Underdogs the
perfect power source for my AA-ravenous-285. Lightning fast recycling times mean I'm
always ready for the next grab-shot. Thanks Dogfather." |
| "As you can see it's easier for me to do 'my thing' when I don't have a cord
dangling between my strobes and a battery on my belt. Those cords can get tangled up and
could make my life real difficult, not to mention shorter, if things go wrong. One handed shots are seldom easy. With the UnderDog on the bottom of my camera, I can afford to engage in some monkey business to improve the picture angle. A little fill-flash improves the quality. Thanks to the 'Dog' my life is even more pleasant behind my Nikons. |

"I use UnderDogs because my dad is the DogFather and he gives them to me free.
Before that he gave me UnderDogs made by John Van Beekum. Free is good!" Thanks Dad |
